Lead Caregiver – Evening Shift
Full-Time | 2:00 PM–10:30 PM | $20.00–$24.50/hour

Ingleside is looking for an experienced Lead Caregiver to support our evening team and help provide dependable, compassionate care to our residents. This role combines hands-on caregiving with added leadership responsibilities, including supporting new team members, coordinating daily operations, and partnering with nursing leadership.

Schedule & Pay
- Full-time evening shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
- $20.00–$23.00/hour based on experience
- $0.50/hour evening differential
- $1.00/hour weekend differential
- Every other weekend required
- Rotating holidays required
What You’ll Do
As a Lead Caregiver, you’ll help keep the evening shift running smoothly while remaining actively involved in resident care. Responsibilities include:
- Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, mobility, transfers, meals, and other activities of daily living
- Help orient and train new employees and provide day-to-day support to caregiving staff
- Assist with scheduling needs, on-call coverage, and attendance procedures
- Administer medications and complete delegated treatments as assigned
- Check and document vital signs and promptly communicate resident condition changes to nursing staff
- Prepare medication and appointment documentation
- Assist with resident supplies, facility inventory, and weekly ordering
- Follow infection prevention, equipment sanitation, and safety procedures
- Work closely with nursing leadership and other departments to support consistent, resident-centered care
What We’re Looking For
- Active Minnesota CNA in good standing or ability to successfully complete agency-provided training
- Experience working with older adults preferred
- Assisted living, long-term care, or memory care experience strongly preferred
- 5+ years of related experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable team member who is comfortable taking on leadership responsibilities
- High school diploma or GED preferred
